Zits left untreated can lead to scarring and make many people uncomfortable in social settings. Though it can effect adults, adults are not immune.

It is common for those affected by blemishes to attempt to squeeze them until they burst. If you feel like you absolutely must pop a pimple, you should first cleanse your hands and nails thoroughly.
